Staying Silent

Most whistle blowers of scams and ponzis are crazy, no like they are genuinely mad in the head. If human psychology has taught us anything it’s that the vast majority of us will put ourselves in front of every other human. Humans are greedy and rarely like to lose something as valuable as free money in this case.

Bitcoin was invested really to stop these 2 faced people, aka central banks and governments having too much control. So it disgusts me when I see an ecosystem that was founded on core values of transparency and honesty that it’s got to a point where deception is seen as normal. Satoshi would be rolling into his virtual grave hearing some of the ways projects willingly let users lose thousands.

I really think there should be some sort of reset in crypto that shakes out all weak holders that fill this space with corruption for their own personal gain. But this comes at a cost, fighting scams with scams, it just doesn’t work.

A better approach would be to educate yourself on the humble beginnings of this space, how Bitcoin was invented. I’m sure the majority of people who invest in Crypto haven’t even read Satoshi’s whitepaper. I urge you to read how concepts like DeFi came into the light, it wasn’t as an intelligent move as you think. Most DeFi principles came from simple games that were thought up from people having fun. The first NFT’s were pixelated cartoons, now people are talking about verified real world assets with them.

We came from humble beginnings and now think we are special

Most Maximalists walk around like they knew something everyone didnt when they brought Bitcoin, no they didnt. It was just the right place and the right time. Arrogance in this space holds it back from ever being able to grow out into the physical world.

So displacing scammers and speaking out about arrogant Maximalists may bring you a bombardment of angry tweets, but in the long run it’s the right thing to do.
