Taking A Breath

Let me tell you a story, I was down 50 percent on my portfolio 3 years ago and pretty down about it. To try and cheer myself up I thought I’d join some voice chats and talk to people like me who are into Crypto.
I got chatting to a guy from Germany and he was giving me advice on how to play the market, he said
Lazarus (my old pseudonym) sometimes you just need to take a breath, just take a breath
And I did, and it worked …
Suddenly the weight had been lifted off my shoulder and I remembered it was only money. Crypto is a very emotional place, sometimes you’re up huge and other times you’re down huge.
Just remember that German guy who told me to take a breath the next time you are feeling stressed about Crypto.
And just HOLD ON !
